Bitácora

What your client sees

One link, no account and nothing to install. Your client opens the prototype as if it were the app, in their language and on their phone, and comments on the screen. Every comment comes back to your canvas.

Your client comments

The portal, with your brand

Your client and their team browse the prototype as if it were the app and comment on the exact spot on the screen. With your name, your logo, your color and your support email.

  • Explore: cards and a list of screens, marked as new, updated or with comments.
  • Viewer with a device frame, zoom, and navigation between screens and versions.
  • Live canvas, flow, documentation, design system and updates: each section is turned on or off when you publish.
  • Hide the sidebar to see just the screen, a public read-only link, and the prototype on the phone like an app.
  • In English or Spanish, depending on the person. On the Agency plan, your own domain in the links you send, too.
Back to your canvas

Their comments, turned into logs

Your client comments on the exact element and all their comments arrive together on your canvas. You pick the ones you want and they become logs for your next run, with nothing copied by hand.

1They comment on the exact spot

They press Comment, mark the spot on the screen and type. The comment stays anchored to that element and follows it across versions.

2You turn it into a log

On your canvas you pick the comments you want and each one becomes a log, ready to go into the next run.

  • Four statuses in viewEach comment goes through four statuses your client sees too: open, in a log, applied in update N and resolved. They can reopen it.
  • Reply from BitácoraYour client gets the reply in the portal.
  • From the Essential planTurn comments into logs. On Free you read them, reply and dictate the change yourself.
  • An email digestOf comments and visits, if you want it.
They see what changed

The previous version and the new one, side by side

In the next delivery, your client compares each screen with its previous version and sees what they asked for applied.

  • An email with a real summary of what changed, in each person’s language.
  • You deliver what changed since last time, everything, or whatever you choose.
  • A delivered prototype keeps showing its images from back then: each version keeps its own.
Dev mode

For whoever builds it

The prototype is HTML. In Dev mode, every element shows its measurements, its assets and its code, ready to copy. And their AI agent receives the full delivery over MCP, ready to adapt to any framework.

  • Download assets, one screen or the whole delivery.
  • The design system ships with the deliverable: the colors, type and components already in use.
  • Dev mode on every project from Professional; on Essential, per project.

The delivery goes straight into the developers’ project

When your client’s development team receives a delivery, they log in to Bitácora with the same email you authorized to receive it and connect their AI agent over MCP. The agent receives every screen with its assets and the design fully intact, and adapts it to the language and framework they build the product with.

  • They receive the delivery at the email you authorized.
  • They log in with that same email and connect their agent.
  • Their AI pulls the screens and adapts them to any framework.
Who saw it

You know who opened it, and when

Each person gets their link and passcode in the same email. You see who opened the prototype, how many screens they went through, whether they saw the latest version and who could use a reminder.

  • How many times they opened the prototype, their last visit, how many screens they saw and whether they saw the latest update.
  • A button to send an email reminder to anyone who hasn’t opened it.
  • Publishing for a company includes all its people, including those added later. Stopping sharing cuts off access instantly.
  • A shared code per company remains an option when you don’t need to know who.
