Approve the flow map

When you approve the map, the AI builds, one after another, the screens the Flow has planned that don't exist yet. If you change it later, you can compare the current map with the approved one.

In the Flow, Approve the map is pressed; after reconnecting an arrow the button changes to Approve again and the map is approved again.

The Flow map can have screens that don't exist yet: the AI adds them when it draws the journey, and they show up as No screen yet. Approving the map tells the AI that the journey is right and that it should build those screens.

Approve it

  1. Open the Flow tab and review the journey.
  2. In the bar at the bottom, press Approve the map. The map needs at least one screen.
  3. The button changes to Map approved and, next to it, says when and by whom it was approved.

When you approve, Bitácora creates a flow note with the missing screens and the batch starts on its own:

MessageWhat happens
The AI builds the … missing screens one after anotherIt starts in a few seconds and the screens arrive on the canvas
No screen is missingThe map is approved and nothing runs
Connect your AI so it startsThe note is ready; what's missing to connect the AI opens

Without an approved map, if a note asks to build the missing screens, the AI builds a sample one and asks you before going on with the rest.

To withdraw the approval, press Map approved again.

If you change the map later

Moving pieces or changing colors doesn't count. If you add or remove a screen, a condition or an arrow, or change a text, the button changes to Approve again and says since when it changed.

Meanwhile, the bar shows Which map to see, with Current and Approved. Approved shows the map as it was approved, by whom and when, read only; go back to Current to edit. Review the changes and press Approve again.
