Free photos and library icons for your screens

Swap a screen's images for free-to-use photos or your own, and choose the project's icon libraries, without spending AI. The AI also uses them when it builds.

From Images, a photo is dragged over the My garden illustration, and in the drawn icons notice the drop is replaced with one from the library.

You don't need to dictate a photo or icon change. In the canvas's left rail you have two boxes: Images and Icons.

Change an image

  1. Press Images in the rail. A box opens that you can move around.
  2. Click the image on a screen that you want to change. With Shift, several at once.
  3. Search in Internet (free-to-use photos), in In my resources, or press Upload.
  4. Press the photo, or drag it onto the image on the screen. The message tells you which screen it changed on.

Also: right-click an image › Replace image. Each change is kept in the screen's history.

Photos from the internet come with their credit, Photo by and the author, with a link. Save to my resources keeps it in Resources › Images to use later.

When photos are missing

If the AI left empty spots where a photo goes, the Photos missing message shows up with the screens and the spots. You can:

  • Open Images and add them yourself.
  • Add as a note, so the AI finds them in the next batch.
  • Do it now: with your API key it runs right away; with the connector, it gives you the phrase for your chat. It shows if your role can run.
  • Keep as is, if you don't want photos there.

Choose the icon libraries

  1. Press Icons in the rail. Icon libraries opens: Lucide, Tabler, Phosphor, Heroicons, Material Symbols and others, with how many icons each one has, its style and its license.
  2. Press Include in the project on the ones you want. See the icons opens them so you can search.

Every new project already includes Phosphor, Bootstrap Icons and Feather; add or remove the ones you want.

From then on the AI uses the icons from those libraries when it builds. If it can't find one that works, it draws it.

Change an icon

  • From the drawn icons message: if the AI drew any, the message shows them in cards. Click one, search your libraries and pick another, or press Keep this one to stay with the drawn one.
  • From Adjust: with P, click the icon and, under Swap it for, type and press Enter. You can also drop in your own SVG or Replace with an image.

Everything about Adjust is in Adjust by hand.

Troubleshooting

  • "Internet: not connected yet": the free-to-use photo search isn't available right now. Use In my resources or Upload.
  • "There is no image there": that element isn't an image; try a little further in or out.
  • You don't see Images or Icons: changing images and icons requires the Can run with AI role.
  • The SVG won't go in: an SVG icon has to be smaller than 64 KB. If it's bigger, simplify it or upload it as an image.
