Explore the sample project

If you don't have any projects yet, open the sample one, Luma Coffee: one screen and a note already dictated so you can see how Bitácora works when you run it.

The sample project is the quickest way to see Bitácora in action: one screen, a note already dictated, and all you do is press Run.

Open it

With Projects empty, press Explore a sample project, next to Create my first project. You'll see Preparing the sample and you land on its canvas.

What it includes

  • Sample: Luma Coffee, a coffee shop's ordering app, in phone size.
  • One screen, Home.
  • A note already written in your name: it asks to make the order button bigger, full width and in the brand color, and to move the coffee of the day card up.

Try it

  1. Open the note and read what it asks for.
  2. Press Run and choose what to run it with: your connected Claude, your API key or, if you don't have either yet, the test without AI.
  3. Look at the change on the screen and go over it in Review: you accept it or you revert it.

How to run and review is covered in Run and review. Then dictate another change yourself on the same screen to try the full cycle.

Remove it

It doesn't count toward your plan's project limit, so you can keep it. If you duplicate it, the copy is a normal project and it does count. If it gets in your way, in its ⋯ menu press Archive or Delete, like any project.

My first challenge

It's not the same thing: My first challenge is the project you create in the last step of First steps, by dictating on a sketch. It doesn't count toward your plan's limit either. To go back to it, press your photo at the top right and choose My first challenge, below My account. It's covered in Create your account.
