Your AI chat stopped in the middle of a batch
If your chat stops working in the middle of a batch, Bitácora lets you know, keeps what it already did, and lets you continue from a new chat. With your API key, Review tells you what failed.
Who can do this
- For
- Designers, Your team
- Role
- “Can run with AI” and up
- Plan
- All plans, including Free
- Where
- On a computer, On your phone (Bitácora Lite)
With your chat through the connector
If your chat goes a few minutes without any news, you'll see Your AI chat seems to have stopped. It may have run out of available usage or credit, or it may have closed.
- Check your chat. If it's still working, click My chat is still working.
- If it stopped, click Stop now, or wait: Bitácora stops it on its own when the countdown ends.
- To continue, open a new chat and paste the sentence Bitácora gives you: Run the pending notes of the project …. If the batch is still open, it picks up where it left off.
What stays: what was already applied stays; whatever was half done on a screen goes back to how it was; what wasn't started goes back to the bar as pending.
With your API key
Bitácora runs on its own, so there's no chat to stop. If something fails:
- The batch notice and Review, screen by screen, say the reason: the request limit, Anthropic overloaded, no credit, a key that no longer works, or a network problem.
- If it is the credit or the limits, check them in the Anthropic console; if it is the key, add another one in Settings › Artificial intelligence.
- "The Claude key is missing": save your key in Settings › Artificial intelligence.
Then click Run again.
If something came out wrong
In Review, revert a screen or the whole batch. See Undo what a batch did.
