My team dictates on the same screens at the same time. Who runs, and what goes into the batch?
The ready notes from the whole project, from everyone, go in, unless you choose only yours. Whoever runs launches the batch and each person signs off on their own changes.

Anyone with the Can run with AI role can launch a batch. Whoever runs it chooses what goes in:
- Everyone’s (the default): all the ready notes in the project, from anyone. This also applies when a chat runs them through the connector.
- Only my notes: only those of whoever runs it. Everyone else's wait for their own batch.
You choose it in the Run the notes panel, under What gets run. See Choose what your notes run with.
Two people on the same screen
There is no need to coordinate: the AI receives all the notes for that screen together and applies them in a single step. If they contradict each other, the AI can ask before touching anything. While one run is working on a screen, another one does not touch it at the same time.
After the batch
Each change is signed off by whoever dictated it, the owner of that screen's group or the Owner. Whoever dictated it gets a notice that their note was run and it is their turn to verify it. See Share the review with your team.
