Question
Can I deliver one part of the project to one client and another part to another?
Within the same project, no; everyone who receives the delivery sees the same thing. To split it, duplicate the project and deliver each client their own copy.
Who can do this
- For
- Designers
- Role
- “Can run with AI” and up
- Plan
- All plans, including Free
Each project has one delivery, with a single group of people who receive it. They all see exactly the same thing: there are no screens per person or per company.
What you can choose
- What travels in each update: The whole project, Only what changed or A selection. It decides which screens get a new version, not who sees them. The ones already published stay visible with their previous version.
- Which screens are shown, in What the client sees › Screens: hiding one applies to everyone who receives the delivery.
How to split it between two clients
- Duplicate the project from its ⋯ menu in Projects. The copy is another project with its own delivery.
- In each one, set the right person in Client.
- In each one, publish only their screens with A selection, or hide the rest in What the client sees.
If one person receives both deliveries, they get into both with the same personal password.
