- On a computer, On your phone (Bitácora Lite)
Someone is waiting at the door when they accepted to join your project but there is no free seat. Nothing is charged while they wait. You get a notice: is waiting at the door of and the project.
Let them in
- Open Project team. Their face shows a gray ring and the At the door chip.
- To the left of their X there is a circle:
- Blue, with a check: there is a seat. Click it and they get in right away.
- Gray: there is no room. Hover over it to see why; click it and it offers what is missing.
- With several people waiting, Let everyone in lets them in in order of arrival, as long as there are seats.
When the circle is gray
| Reason | What it offers you |
|---|---|
| The project has no pass | Opens the collaboration pass sheet |
| There are no seats left on the pass | Buy a seat, or remove someone to free one up |
| You are on Free | See the plans: they get in when you move to a paid plan |
When you come back from paying for the pass, the people who were waiting get in on their own as long as there are seats. If you bought a single seat, click the circle again. It is all in Seats and collaboration pass.
If someone asks for a seat
Someone on your team can ask for a seat in a team project. They show up with Asked for a seat and the buttons Give a seat and Decline, here and in your notices.
On your phone
In Bitácora Lite, tap the person in the Team tab: you see Let in if the pass has room, or Activate collaboration pass.
