Create your teams

A team brings together the people you work with, each with their role, so you can add them all at once to the projects you share.

If you always work with the same people, create a team with them. Then, when you share a project, you choose the team and they all join with their role.

Create a team

  1. Click Team in the header, or go to My teams and click New team.
  2. Type the Team name.
  3. In Who you invite, type the emails. Each one becomes a card with its role: it starts as Can run with AI and you can change it.
  4. Click Create and invite.

Each person receives an invitation and joins the team when they accept it. The role you give them is the one they'll have when they join a team project. Roles are explained in Roles.

The team page

In My teams you see the teams you created and the ones you're in. When you open one:

  • Members: each person with their status (Active, Invited, Declined, Expired) and their role. You can Resend the invitation, Remove someone, or Cancel invitation. Invite adds more people.
  • Team projects: Add project lets the team see it and ask for a seat.
  • The team's Recent activity.
  • Under ⋯: Rename and Dissolve the team. In someone else's team, Leave the team.

Use the team in a project

  • When you create the project: in Who works on it, choose the team.
  • In a project you already have: open Project team and, under From your teams:, click each person.

The team's members join, with their role; anyone who's only invited to the team doesn't join until they accept. When you choose a team while creating the project, the project is also added to its Team projects. People you invite by email, without a team, join with Can review and comment. If your plan doesn't have room for all of them, the rest wait at the door: see Let in whoever is waiting.

In Bitácora Lite, My teams is in the menu; there you invite one person at a time.
