Change your plan or cancel

Upgrade right away, downgrade at the end of what you paid for, or cancel to go back to Free. Nothing is deleted, and before you downgrade you choose who keeps getting in.

Changing the plan is up to the studio's Owner. Start in Settings › Plan, in your photo's menu (Upgrade or See the plans), or on the app's Plans page.

Upgrade

  1. Click the button for the plan you want, for example Start with Professional.
  2. The payment page opens. Pay with your card.
  3. When you come back you'll see Payment received. Updating your plan… and then You now have and the plan.

The new features apply from that moment. On the Plans page, the Monthly / Yearly switch lets you pay for the year at once, 7% cheaper than twelve months.

Downgrade

  1. Click the smaller plan.
  2. The Downgrade sheet shows you what changes and until when you keep everything you have now. Nothing is charged today.
  3. In Who keeps getting in, check the people who keep their seat in each shared project.
  4. Click Move to and the plan.

The change is scheduled for the end of what you paid for. Until then, Settings › Plan shows Moving to and the plan, with Stay on to undo it.

What happens when the change arrives:

  • Projects: none is archived or deleted. If you have more than the plan allows, you can't create or restore another one until you archive some.
  • Features: whatever the plan doesn't include is turned off, like developer mode, the HTML download, or your brand in the portal.
  • Team: anyone who doesn't fit in the seats stays at the door, with all their work. They come back if you upgrade or buy seats. On Free there's no sharing.
  • Shared projects: if you use more than the new plan includes, the downgrade sheet warns you. The extra ones keep their people at the door until you buy them a pass.

Cancel and go back to Free

In Settings › Plan, click Cancel subscription and confirm. You keep your plan until the end of what you paid for, and then the studio moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.

Manage subscription, in the same place, opens the payment provider's page to change your card and see your invoices.

Refunds

As a general rule, payments aren't refunded: not plans, passes, seats, or storage. If you're a consumer in the European Union or the Dominican Republic, or you sign up from Brazil, the law gives you a period to withdraw: the Terms explain it. If you have a special case, write to support.
