Question
I downgraded my plan. What happens to my projects, my team, and my deliveries?
Nothing is deleted. Whatever the new plan doesn't include turns off when the change takes effect, and anyone who doesn't fit in the seats waits at the door with all their work.

Nothing is deleted. Until the end of what you paid for, you keep everything. When the change takes effect:

| Projects | They all stay, intact. If you have more active ones than the plan allows, you can't create or restore another until you archive one |
| Team | Before downgrading you choose Who keeps getting in. Anyone who doesn't fit in the seats stays at the door, with all their work, and comes back if you upgrade or buy seats. Free doesn't include sharing |
| Deliveries and portal | They stay published. The Made with Bitácora footer comes back if the new plan doesn't remove it, and your brand stops showing unless it's Agency |
| For developers | Developer mode, HTML download, and delivery through the MCP server turn off if the plan doesn't include them |
| Collaboration passes | On Free they're frozen: they don't lose days |
