Present a delivery to your client
How to prepare the delivery so your client understands it, show it to them in a meeting, and collect their comments without losing any.

A good delivery speaks for itself, but the first time it is worth showing it.
Before: prepare it
- Show only what matters. In What the client sees, turn off the screens that are not ready and the sections that do not add anything for them. See Choose what your client sees in their portal.
- Look at it through their eyes. Click View as the client: it is the portal exactly as they will see it.
- Let each person sign in with their own. With A password for each person you will know who saw it and which screens they opened. See Choose how your client gets into the delivery.
- Write down what changed. Ask the AI for the Updates: your client sees what is new in each delivery.
In the meeting
- To show the screens with nothing around them, use the Immersive view in What the client sees › Other ways to see it: it is a link that does not ask for a password and only shows the screens.
- For a desktop design in the full window, Try design also works.
- Walk through the main path and let your client ask questions. Whatever comes up, dictate it right then on that screen.
After: collect what they say
- Ask them to comment in their portal, on each screen: see Comment on a delivery.
- Turn their comments into notes with one click: see Handle your client's comments.
- See who opened it and remind whoever has not: see Who viewed the delivery.
