Organize a project with many screens
With dozens of screens, order comes from groups, the Flow, shared pieces and the Design System. That way you keep finding your way and the AI keeps things consistent.

A project with five screens organizes itself. With forty you need a bit of structure, and Bitácora has it.
Group by areas of the product
Gather the screens into named groups: Sign-up, Payments, Profile. With Auto group (G) Bitácora suggests the groups based on the Flow. Each group can have its own owner. See Group screens and assign owners.
Use names that say what it is
"Payments · Summary" is easier to find than "Screen 14". The name also helps the AI understand what you mean when you dictate. To change it, right-click the screen › Rename.
Draw the Flow
The navigation map is the index of the project: which screen leads to which. If you have it, the AI builds the missing screens following the journey. See Draw the navigation flow and Approve the flow map.
Make what repeats a piece
Headers, tab bars, cards: if they repeat, ask for them to be shared pieces. Change one and they all change. See Shared pieces.
Decide the values once
Colors, typefaces and corners live in the Design System. Changing them there reaches every screen. See Change colors, typography and borders on every screen.
Archive what is no longer in play
Discarded versions are not lost: they stay in each screen's history. Archive finished projects: they do not count toward your plan and they stay whole.
